Innovation Tournament
Innovation Tournaments start with a focused challenge for many minds to tackle with their ideas. All of the ideas then move through two to three filters to be narrowed down to a top idea.

Psychological Safety, a term coined by Amy Edmondson, is the belief that you can speak up without risk of punishment or humiliation. Establishing a climate of psychological safety allows space for your teams to speak up and share their ideas.

Here is our Portfolio of past work showing a variety of use cases and experience.
Each engagement is unique and starts with a conversation around the event’s purpose, outcomes, and attendees.
From the initial conversation, I build a proposed agenda that fits within the available time and meets the event sponsor’s planned outcomes. Sometimes there is pre-work for attendees and sometimes I make suggestions on how to diversify the mix of attendees to meet the sponsor’s ideal outcomes.
I ensure our time blocked agenda allows the event sponsor and stakeholders to actively engage in our activities without worrying about running out of time or meeting their goals.
